What can INTISAR Fitness offer you?
We can use whatever equipment you have at home. If you have none, we will still get a great workout using resistance bands, medicine balls and other equipment that I will provide.
WHAT WILL MY SESSIONS LOOK LIKE?
During the assessment, I will ask you questions about your health history and previous exercise endeavours. The assessment will include a mini workout to assess your fitness level and also for you to get a feel of what a session with INTISAR would be like. If you would like to sign up after your session, we will provide some additional info and documents. If you would like to think about it that is perfectly fine as well!
Once you have selected your package, your sessions will begin. A personalized workout plan will be designed for you and I will be with you every step of the way- providing advice and motivation. Sessions will include warm-up, an aerobic component, strength and mobility. Additional components may be added or removed to accommodate your individual specifications.
In addition to keeping detailed notes about your progress, I will conduct fitness tests to assess your progression. This assessment tests your aerobic capacity as well as physical strength and mobility and is designed to be performed in your home.
If you don’t have a space to train at your house, I offer training at my home gym. Equipped with free weights, barbell, kettlebell, dumbbells, rowing machine and more!
