WHAT WILL MY SESSIONS LOOK LIKE?

ASSESSMENT


During the assessment, I will ask you questions about your health history and previous exercise endeavours. The assessment will include a mini workout to assess your fitness level and also for you to get a feel for what a session with me is like. If you would like to sign up after your session, I will provide some additional info and documents. If you would like to think about it that is perfectly fine as well!

SESSIONS BEGIN


Once you have selected your package, your sessions will begin. A personalized workout plan will be designed for you and I will be with you every step of the way- providing advice and motivation. Sessions may include a warm-up, aerobic component, strength and mobility. Additional components may be added or removed to accommodate your individual specifications.

QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT


In addition to keeping detailed notes about your progress, I will conduct fitness tests to assess your progression. This assessment tests your aerobic capacity as well as physical strength and mobility and is designed to be performed in the home or gym environment depending on the training location you choose.
