Each session is 60 minutes in length

45 minute assessment:

  • gait analysis to check for muscular imbalances
  • mini session to test aerobic fitness, general strength and mobility
  • sit down conversation about observations during the session, goals and past health/ workout history
  • recommendations of training frequency
