My name is Sarah and when I started INTISAR Fitness I chose to provide service to a smaller number of clients to ensure each client receives the highest quality training. I am a highly experienced trainer with a Kinesiology degree and a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion and I will be with you every step of the way while providing a more holistic approach to your health journey. My goal is to help you achieve your goals in a fun, supportive and motivating environment.
