“There’s no late stage to start strength training…whether you’re 20 or 70, fitness will always have a place in your health journey”
Petra is a Nutritionist and Certified Strength Coach and has a strong focus on women’s health, strength, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
She is passionate about supporting women through every stage of life, including perimenopause and menopause, by helping them prioritize strength training, nutrition, movement, and long-term wellbeing.
Having trained consistently since her 20s, Petra has experienced firsthand how strength training and healthy habits can support women as they move through their 40s and beyond. Now navigating perimenopause herself, she understands the changes that can come with this stage of life and the importance of staying consistent with strength training and healthy habits. She is dedicated to helping other women build a strong foundation that supports their health, confidence, and wellbeing for years to come.
“I’m excited to give women the opportunity to have autonomy and independence as they go through life as well as the confidence in the gym.”
Morgan is a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Before she ever stepped into a gym as a trainer, she spent years studying how the body works, how to fuel, how habits stick, and how closely what you eat and how you train are connected. That knowledge is something she brings into every session. In addition to strength training, she is also an avid runner and has completed a triathlon this summer and has another one coming up this fall.
She believes that getting strong isn’t just about what happens in the gym, it’s about what it gives you outside of it. The ability to move freely, feel capable, and stay independent on your own terms, both now and as you age.
Morgan’s approach is science-backed and built around you, your goals, your schedule, your life. She’ll meet you where you are and be in your corner every step of the way!

She takes an evidence-based approach to training, with a strong focus on injury prevention, mobility, recovery, and progressive overload. Whether you’re new to the gym, returning after an injury, or looking to improve your strength and overall health, Jana is committed to helping you move better, feel better, and achieve lasting results.
” I want women to feel strong and confident in their bodies an know they can do anything they set their minds to.”
Lola graduated from York University as a Registered Nurse, and although she ultimately decided nursing wasn’t the career path for her, she wanted to carry the knowledge and passion she gained from healthcare into helping people in a different way. She is a Certified Personal Trainer.
Lola has personally been strength training consistently for many years. Over time, fitness became much more than just how she looked. It became about making better decisions for her future self, building a healthier body and mind, and becoming more disciplined both inside and outside of the gym. That personal journey is a big part of why she became passionate about helping others.
Her training style is focused on making clients feel strong, confident, and capable in the gym. She wants clients to learn how to train with proper form and intention while gradually challenging themselves and building strength at a pace that works for them. She believes training should be challenging, but also sustainable and enjoyable. Her goal is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions, pushing past their comfort zone, and becoming more confident in what their bodies are capable of. Ultimately, she wants clients to leave their sessions feeling stronger than when they walked in, both physically and mentally.

at 47, Tina knew it was time to start strength training. Her lower back pain has improved and she moves with confidence.
Tina is hypermobile and came from a background in yoga which may have contributed to her back pain. She was also an athlete growing up but had never participated in any strength training prior to joining Intisar Fitness.
Main challenges: Chronic low back pain, hypermobility, beginner to strength training, low core strength.
Starting point: was unable to deadlift without back pain, used 10 lb dumbbells for lunges.
After 3x week training: Uses 70 lbs dumbbells for bulgarian split squat, hip thrusts 185 lbs, does pull-ups, pushups and can row 500 m in 2 min.
In her words: For any women considering strength training: “do it- it will change your life.”
