Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a Registered Kinesiologist, Registered Practical Nurse and strength training coach and founder of Intisar Fitness.
I believe every woman deserves to feel victorious in her own body, and I’m here to help you achieve that triumph.
My journey began at 15 when I got a gym membership. I was hesitant to try weights and stayed in the cardio zone. One day I decided to do some weights and I absolutely fell in love with how strong it made me feel.
I have been consistent with the gym ever since and eventually—through a strategy I developed myself, I lost over 80 lbs while maintaining my muscle mass. This forever changed my confidence and made me the person I am today.
Every trainer on the Intisar Fitness team is educated, personally mentored by me, and aligned with the same principles that guided my own journey. My personal experience, standards, and approach ensure every client receives thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality coaching.
